Undeniably, our Munch Buddies corndogs are tasty on their own, with just the right flavor to satisfy even the most expensive and picky palettes. However, something extra can often improve the experience and maybe scratch an itch. People have been dipping food for centuries. Hence, we decided to give you three of the best sauce to dip your corndogs.



Mustard:

You can never go wrong with mustard on corndogs. It's literally a classic dip. As per our corndogs, mustards come in a variety. Some of the best types of mustard to submerge our delicious corndogs in include:


Sweet Mustard

Ingredients

1/3 cup Dijion mustard

1/3 cup grainy mustard

1/4 cup sugar


Directions:

Step 1: Stir all together


Honey Mustard

Ingredients

Dijon mustard

Honey

Mayonnaise

Lemon juice or white vinegar

a pinch of cayenne pepper

Korean Corndog Dressing

Koreans enjoys corn dogs, and in Korea it is a popular street food known as “Gamja Hot dogs.” In this version, the sausage is dipped in batter and then rolled in small cubed potatoes(gamja) and coated with bread crumbs. The result is a delicious corn dog covered in tiny French fries.


Due to its digestive advantages, Korean fermented foods like doenjang, kimchi, gochujang, etc., are becoming more and more popular. Nowadays, gochujang is easily accessible because of its popularity.

Gochujang(Korean Fermented Red Pepper Paste)

Finely Chopped Garlic

Honey

Rice Wine Vinegar or Regular Vinegar.

Sesame Oil


Ketchup

The good old ketchup is another classic dip that people have been enjoying for decades now. Not everyone has a preference for mustard. some enjoy the sweet tang of ketchup and it definitely pairs up well with our crunchy corndogs. Just as mustard ketchup has its variations. For, instance, if you enjoy spicy food, you can always try curry ketchup.


Barbecue sauce

Now if mustard is not for you but ketchup is still quite plain, you should try barbecue sauce. The sauce, which shares the same base ingredient as ketchup - tomato, relies on vinegar and smoky flavors to add taste. It's also thick enough to be a perfect dip for corndogs.
